Hi there, I'm Kelly Hiser!

As a taco-loving, anti-diet Dietitian who specializes in gut health, I'm all about holistic healing with a side of fun. I get what women are going through because I've been there. I spent most of my career hustling to climb the corporate ladder and I looked really successful on paper but I was bloated every day, my self-confidence was at an all-time low, and I was TIRED OF FIGHTING.

I tried it all... supplements, cutting out foods, and visiting countless doctors who assured me everything was “normal”. Medical gaslighting is a real thing; if something feels off in the body, it probably is. Don’t ignore it. So, I understand what you’re going through... I get that it sucks. I get the feelings of overwhelm and defeat.

We don’t settle for band-aid solutions here.
